Where you purchase our products or services online, by phone, or by email, you may ordinarily have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under applicable consumer protection law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and, where applicable, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
However, by purchasing the Spain Info Card or Spain Info Gold Card, or by requesting that we begin providing any personalised service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
1. The products and services are personalised and tailored specifically to you and are not suitable for resupply to another client;
2. You request that performance of the service begins immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
3. You acknowledge that, by consenting to immediate performance, you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, or once performance has begun, to the extent it has been carried out.
This consent is obtained at the point of purchase or at the point you first request the service, and is a condition of us providing the service to you.
No Refunds
Because our products and services are personalised in this way, and once your membership has been activated or a service has commenced, no refund will be given, including where you are dissatisfied with the outcome, advice, or information provided, save where:
• We have failed to provide the service with reasonable skill and care as required by law; or
• You have a non-waivable statutory right that cannot be excluded by these terms.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited by agreement.
Cancellation of Ongoing Membership
Membership under the Spain Info Card or Spain Info Gold Card does not renew automatically. It is your responsibility to renew your membership before expiry if you wish to continue. You may choose not to renew at any time, and no cancellation request is required to stop future charges, as none will be applied without your action.
